Entries & Entry Fees

All entries should be made online using www.horse-events.co.uk.

Class numbers are restricted, and classes may close before the closing date due to number of entries.

For Pony Club entries you will need your membership number & Branch/Centre to enter a qualifying class.

Entry Fee: 

Grassroots: £15.00

All other Classes £16

Enter two classes SAME HORSE AND RIDER COMBINATION reduced booking fee.

Class 5 enter as a team of 3 or 4 

All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.

Edit Your Booking:

Horse and rider changes before the closing date can be made online by logging into your Horse Events account and editing your entry under the ‘my booking’ tab.

For all classes the standard Pony Club 12-month vaccination rule applies. Please note the Semi Final competition in March 2022 will require all boosters to have been administered within 6 months. Vaccination spot checks will be made at every competition. Non-compliant entries will be unable to compete.

Rosettes will be presented to 1st – 6th in all classes

Grassroots 1st – 6th will qualify for a Grassroots final to be held on 19th March 2022 Prelim 1st – 6th will qualify for the Prelim final to be held on 19th March 2022

ENTRY CONDITIONS:

ENTRY CONDITIONS:

  • To be run in accordance with Pony Club Dressage Rules 2020
  • Age of rider as on 1st January of current year. 4.
  • Each Branch can field more than one team dependent on total number of pre-booked entries. Please contact Secretary before submitting a second team, however the highest placed team points to count only.
  • Points are awarded to the first 6 teams only.
  • A member may only compete twice in the team prelim series.
  • Class 5 – A horse/pony may only be ridden twice in any team class and through the series unless owned by a Member of the same family.
  • No member can compete in the Team Prelim more than twice in the 2021/22 series.
  • Please remember it’s the members responsibility to ensure that they comply with the Pony Club rules. Event tack check is in place to ensure all riders compete safely.
  • Please ensure your members comply with 2021 eligibility, hat tagging, body protector and medical armband rules and that a responsible adult is present.
  • Please print your own paper number or wear bridle numbers
  • Late entries may be accepted at the organiser’s discretion. Late Entry Surcharge £ 5
  • Queries may only be raised via the Secretary by the DC or their appointee.
  • Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and/or Official Sponsors of the Pony Club.
  • A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the horse/pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by event officials. Vaccinations must be in accordance with the Pony Club Dressage Rule Book 2020.

Full refunds will be given up until the closing date of the competition.

ENTRIES CLOSE: Tuesday 16th November 2021(may close earlier due to entries)

If the closing date is changed refer to withdrawals date for refund purposes

After the closing date no refunds will be made without a doctors or Vets certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event.

If produced after this no refunds will be given. Refunds where due after the closing date are subject to an admin fee of £5.

CANCELLATION: In the event of abandonment 50% of the entry fee will be refunded.

This event is being organised by Haydock Park Branch of the Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.

As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.

We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
