Entry fee refunded up to close of entries 12th Jan at midnight, thereafter only if the place is filled from any waitlist.
Cancellation: If the event is cancelled for any reason the entries will be transferred to the next dressage event.

To be run in accordance with Pony Club Dressage Rules

- British Dressage tests to be run under British Dressage Rules https://www.britishdressage.co.uk/competitions/competition-rules/
- The Pony Club Winter Dressage Series qualification classes are for classes 3, 4 & 5. You must be a Pony Club Member to enter the Qualifiers. If you are not a Pony Club member when you enter for this competition, you will have to join and be a Pony Club to compete at the qualifiers. - The event venue stipulates all horses/ponies entering the event site must comply with the BEF Vaccination guidelines (issued June 2019) – Passports must accompany all horses/ponies and spot checks will be undertaken:
- First Primary injection followed within 21 to 92 days by Second Primary injection.
- First Booster injection which follows within 150 to 215 days of the Second Primary Injection
- Subsequent Boosters, which follow no less than 12 months after the previous booster. As a minimum requirement horses/ponies must have had their primary vaccinations (1st & 2nd injections) and in addition following any vaccinations there must be clear 7 days before attending the event (i.e. no vaccinations after 15th December 2019)
- For Pony Club section, Please ensure that the riding hat is tagged in line with the pony club rules (aquamarine tags).

- In the event of adverse weather conditions please ring 07772698331 on the day.
- No dogs allowed out of vehicles.

- Please remove all your litter and horse muck – this is grazing land.
- The organisers’ reserve the right to cancel any class, amalgamate sections where there are insufficient entries or split classes if oversubscribed.

- Classes 1-5 included in the league
- Points will be awarded per rider/horse combination, per class. Points 1pont 6th place, 2 points 5th place, 3 points 4th place, 4 points 3rd place, 5 points 2nd place, 6 points 1st
- Horse rider combination can accrue points in different classes but points will be held in each class not as a whole.
- Winners of the league classes will be awarded to the rider/horse combination with the most points in each class

DIRECTIONS
MILTON EQUESTRIAN CENTRE IS SITUATED ON THE B6045 IN BETWEEN BLYTH AND WORKSOP.
FROM THE A1
Take the exit signed for the Services at Blyth.
From the roundabout, take the exit signed for Blyth Village.
Drive through the village and take the second right turning signed B6045 Worksop.
Follow this road for 2.5 miles and Milton Equestrian Centre is on the right hand side.
FROM THE M1
Exit at Junction 31 Signed A57.
Follow the A57 Worksop signs.
Go through 2 sets of traffic lights and keep on the A57 Worksop until a roundabout.
At this first roundabout, take the second exit signed Worksop.
Drive through 30 limit signs and take a left fork at the Asda/ Romans Rest Pub.
Stay on this road through 1 set of traffic lights to the T Junction.
Turn left at the T junction and Milton Equestrian Centre is approx. 1 mile next to Carlton Forest Industrial Estate.
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by The Grove Hunt Branch of the Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
The Indoor Arena measures 45m x 30m and has a new silica sand and Vasatrack vaseline coated rubber surface. There is a full set of “Jump for Joy” Jumps.
There is a seated viewing gallery overlooking the Arena and a viewing area within the cafe. The Arena is available to hire by the day or per hour irrespective of how many people use the Arena.
The Outdoor Arena measures 55m x 30m and is a sand and rubber mix surface.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
