No Horse or Pony may compete in more than two classes in Classes 2-8

Following the pairs class, this course will be available for Clear Round – cash on the day.
MINI COURSE – 40CM, 10-12 JUMPS IN SELF-CONTAINED FIELD
CLASS 1: Entry fee Section a & b: GHPC members £15, non-members £19 – Entry fee pairs GHPC members £25, non-members £30
60CM COURSE – APPROX 15 JUMPS OVER A SHORTENED SECTION OF THE MAIN COURSE
CLASS 2 – PAIRS: Entry fee GHPC members £35, non-members £40 per pair
CLASS 3 – INDIVIDUAL: Entry fee GHPC members £20, non-member £24
MAIN XC COURSE
CLASS 4 & 6 – PAIRS: Entry fee GHPC members £46, non-members £50 per pair
CLASS 5, 7 & 8 – INDIVIDUAL: Entry fee GHPC members £30, non-members £35
Entry fees include medical cover, and are subject to a non-refundable booking fee

Rules and Conditions of Entry
- The Pony Club ‘Public and Products Liability Insurance’ Policy includes cover for all the official Area Competitions and the Championships. Details of this insurance are available on The Pony Club website.
- In the event of any accident, loss or damage occurring to a third party or to the property of a third party (including the general public and competitors) no liability should be admitted, and full details should be sent at once to The Pony Club Office.
- Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

- No hat or body mounted cameras.
- The decision of the judges is final.
- Riders are required to provide their own numbers, available to print from Horse-Events, and number bib.

- Hats must comply with current Pony Club 2022 rules. All hats must have aquamarine Pony Club Tag (tagged by their own branch) or BE/BRC hat tag before the event. They must be worn with the chin strap correctly fastened at all times when mounted. No fixed peaks. For a full list of approved hat standards, please go to pcuk.org
- Body Protectors must be worn. Body protectors must meet BETA 2009 Level 3 standard (purple label). Competitors wearing body cages MUST leave the key with the Secretary before they go cross country. If you wear an air jacket you must wear a Level 3 body protector underneath.
- In the event of the Hunter Trials being cancelled, a percentage of the entry money may be retained. No refund for withdrawals after closing date of entries. Withdrawals before closing date will be refunded.
- No Horse or Pony may compete in more than two classes in Classes 2-8
- All horses or ponies must have had an annual flu vaccination
- A practice fence will be provided. Any competitor jumping any other fence on the field or course, except when competing, will be disqualified for the rest of the day.
- Age as of 1st January 2022
- Late entries will only be taken subject to space.
- Dogs to be kept on lead at all times please, including the course walk.
- All non-Pony Club competitors must hold valid insurance
- Qualification for the Eland Lodge Championships is only valid for the top three if they have gone clear.
- Qualification for the Eland Lodge Championships is only valid for the height qualified for.
Withdrawals & Substitutions
Refund Policy No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

Cancellation Policy In the event of the Hunter Trials being cancelled, a percentage of the entry money may be retained.

This event is being organised by Grafton Hunt Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
Set in 100 acres of rolling Northamptonshire countryside just south of Towcester, Plum Park Farm is a modern diverse farm where livestock farming is supported by other complementary activities such as a veterinary hospital and equestrian pursuits.
XC course is available for hire every Saturday. Course hire for PC and RC rallies by arrangement.
