PLEASE NOTE THAT A CONDITION OF OUR USE OF OUNDLE SWIMMING POOL IS THAT ALL TRIATHLON COMPETITORS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM 25 METRES UNAIDED

Class 1 Senior Boys (under 25)
Class 2 Senior Girls (under 25)
Class 3 Junior Boys (under 15)
Class 4 unior Girls (under 15)
Class 5 Minimus Boys (under 12)
Class 6 Minimus Girls (under 12)
Class 7 Tadpole Boys (aged 8 & 9)
Class 8 Tadpole Girls (aged 8 & 9)
Class 8A: Tadpole Biathlon (8 & 9)
Shoot and Run
Class 9 Beanies (under 8)
Class 10 Beanies Biathlon (under 8) – Beanbag throw and Run

Entries & Entry Fees

All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee that will be stated online on a per entry basis

By entering this competition all competitors are agreeing to the Conditions of Entry below – so please read them

Entry fees:

Triathlon – ₤20.00 per competitor Biathlon – £15.00 per competitor

No team fees.

Entries Close –Saturday 12th February but will close early if maximum entry limit is reached.

Rosettes & Prizes

Rosettes to 6th place in all individual classes.

Prizes will be awarded for best shoot, swim and run in each class.

 

 

Times & Teams

Competitor times All competitors will be given shoot, run and swim times for their entries and these will be posted on www.ponyclubresults.co.uk no later than Wednesday 16th February.

Teams to comprise 3 or 4 competitors from the same class, except classes 5 & 7, which will be combined and classes 6 & 8, which will be combined.

Competitors not already in teams will be grouped into ad hoc teams. Team rosettes to 4th place.

Note: EVERYONE MUST BRING CLEAN SHOES TO WEAR INDOORS. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE WITH OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR. DOORS WILL BE MARSHALLED.

ENTRY CONDITIONS:

CONDITIONS

ANY COVID PROTOCOL IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT WILL APPLY. PLEASE ENSURE ALL COMPETITORS READ THE BRIEFING NOTES SENT OUT PRIOR TO THE DAY.

THE PONY CLUB TETRATHLON RULES 2022 to apply. Age as at 1st January 2022 (except in the case of 8 year olds, who may shoot provided they are 8 on the day of the competition).

The Judge’s decision is final.

STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED.

NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE BUILDINGS.

Legal liability. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf accept liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to any competitors, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.

The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

Photographic Rights – competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club.

Entry to the competition is dependent upon and deemed as acceptance of these rules.

Withdrawal and Refunds:

No refund after closing date of event.

Any refund subject to deduction of booking fee

Event booking Closing Date 12-02-2022

Withdrawal date if different to closing date 12-02-2022

Cancellation Policy If organisers have to cancel event a full refund will be given less booking fee

This event is being organised by Fitzwilliam Hunt Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.

As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.

We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
