CLASS 1 a: 70cm MINI over shortened course AGE 14 years and under
Max. Fence Height 0.7m XC, 0.75m SJ - PONY CLUB INTRODUCTION TO DRESSAGE TEST 2019
Combination must not have been placed in an Novice/Intermediate/Open Section at a Pony Club H/T or ODE or in a BHTA/BE Novice/BE 90 Class or Riding Club Class at this level
Class 1b: 70cm MINI over shortened cours - Any age
Max. Fence Height 0.7m XC, 0.75m SJ - PONY CLUB INTRODUCTION TO DRESSAGE TEST 2019
Combination must not have been placed in an Novice/Intermediate/Open Section at a Pony Club H/T or ODE or in a BHTA/BE Novice/BE 90 Class or Riding Club Class at this level
CLASS 2: 80cm GRASS ROOTS
Max. Fence Height 0.8m XC, 0.85m SJ, GRASS ROOTS DRESSAGE TEST 2018

CLASS 3 : 90cm NOVICE

£40 – Fitzwilliam Pony Club Member

£45 – Other Pony Club Member /Pony Club Centre Members

£50– Non-Pony Club entries

Paramedic fee incorporated into price of entry but not included a non refundable booking fee £1.85

Late entries will only be accepted if class space – and will be subject to £5 late entry fee

CLASS 4 – INTERMEDIATE

(Max. Fence Height 1.00m XC, 1.05m SJ) PC 100 Eventing Test 2015 to be ridden

Each class will be divided into section for Pony Club members and non-Pony Club members

Times & Numbers

Times: Competitor times Entry lists and times will be posted on www.ponyclubresults.co.uk no later than Friday 11 June Numbers to be printed at home (see COVID regs for details)

Number Bibs: Competitors must bring their own number bib and must print out three numbers, two for their bib and one for the windscreen of their vehicle. Numbers will be listed and can be printed out from www.ponyclubresults.co.uk

Course Walking

Course Walking :

The Course may be walked after 3.00 pm on Saturday 12 June. – we would prefer all competitors to use this opportunity to walk the course but if not possible please build in sufficient time to walk on day of competition.

There will be a Mini ODE taking place on Saturday in the fields so please keep to route marked for Course Walk.

Show Jump course may only be available to walk on Sunday.

Prizes & Rosettes

No Prize Giving on the day

Rosettes to 6th place in all classes – will be posted after event Due to COVID restrictions cups will not be awarded this year

If you want copy of dressage sheet hand stamped addressed envelope in on arrival at event. Rosettes will be posted to address given on entry.

Tack

Tack – There will be an inspection of tack and turnout in the Collecting Ring, competitors are asked to allow themselves time before their class for this. Hats will be checked for Pony Club tag*. Long sleeves for the Cross Country phase of the competition. Non PC members please check Pony Club rulings as these will be adhered to.

Hat tagging  – will be available at lorry park on Sunday. May also be opportunity to have hat tagged on Saturday at course walk

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

Refund Policy:  No Refunds after the close of entries for whatever reason.

Cancellation Policy In the event the organisers have to cancel the event a full refund will be given to competitors minus any administration fees charged

THE COVID 19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & EVENT DETAILS

THE COVID 19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Our One Day Event will run in a format that complies with Government guidelines in place at the time of the competition to keep people safe and ensure that everyone complies with the Covid 19 conditions. Any variations to the Rules in place will be published when times are issued for the event.

ARRIVE COMPETE LEAVE

Horses may be entered for one class only and where appropriate competitors should return to their lorry/trailer between disciplines

Riders are be expected to ensure that they are ready to ride at their allocated times or risk being unable to take part.

Riders are expected to maintain social distancing when riding and once they have finished their class to leave the site as promptly as possible.

Spectators are limited at this event and competitors are requested to travel with a limited number of helpers who should remain at the lorry/trailer wherever possible.

It is preferred that all competitors walk the course on Saturday 12 June. If not possible competitors are asked to limit their time on the day walking the course and observe social distancing at all times. Under 18s may be accompanied on course walk by adult accompanying them.

Course maps: will be on Fitzwilliam PC website to download. Please be aware that there is a Mini ODE event taking place in the fields on Saturday so follow markers to Course Walk parking and take care when driving across the fields. Show Jumping course will not be available to walk until Sunday am so make sure you factor in sufficient time for this.

All competitors will be met on arrival and track and trace details checked for themselves and any others travelling with them. Horse passports may be checked for vaccination requirements. Hats requiring to be tagged can be done at this point.

WARM UP ARENAS The warm-up arena will be limited to a safe number and the practice fences will be adjusted by stewards, no parents or coaches in the warmup area. No lunging on site.

Riders and any supporters will be expected to socially distance.

This event is being organised by Fitzwilliam Hunt Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.

As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.

We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
