ENTRY FEES:
Classes 1 – 3 £10 members £15 non-members.
Class 4 – 7 £15 members £20 non-members.
All entries are subject to a non refundable booking fee of £1.45
Max of 2 classes/combination.
Entries close: 22nd Feb.

All competitors must wear an XC bib and print out their number. Different numbers will apply to different classes. No stopwatches allowed

Rosettes to 10th place in each class. Special rosette to best Easton Harriers member in each class.
General Rules
RULES:
All classes are open to both Pony Club and non-Pony Club members If a non- member qualifies in Classes 4-7 they have to become a member if they want to jump in the finals.
Pony Club Eventing rules 2021 apply, except NO STOPWATCHES
Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted, correctly fastened and tagged with an aquamarine coloured tag. All untagged hats must be checked and must adhere to Pony Club Standards. Body protectors must be worn and must conform to PC standards.
Withdrawals received after closing date (22 Feb) will not be refunded. Withdrawals received on/before 22nd Feb will be refunded.
5 Vaccinations: Pony Club rules on vaccinations will apply – see Biosecurity policy on www.pcuk.org
Randoms checks will be carried out.
6 No horses are to be left tied to the outside of a lorry / trailer.

This event is being organised by Easton Harriers Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.

they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event nor The Pony Club nor any agent,
employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any
accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents
and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach
of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health & Safety
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of
everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable
precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the
officials and stewards.
Competitors who are not members of The Pony Club are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and
must have their own third party cover. The Easton Harriers Branch of the Pony Club and the organisers
of this event are not legally responsible for non-members and their insurance will not cover you.
