The following classes are available for the Cotswold Hunt Pony Club DRESSAGE COMPETITION and Barrier Animal Health Pony Club Spring Qualifiers
Entries & Entry Fees

Entry Fees are £18 per qualifier class (classes 4, 6 and 7) and £16 for all other classes
All entries are subject to a non refundable booking fee as stated online
Entries close on the 15th February 2022.
No entries on the day.

Rosettes
Rosettes 1st to 6th place. There are ‘Best Cotswold’ and ‘Spring Series Qualifier’ rosettes also. Please bring A4 stamped addressed envelope if you would like score sheets or rosettes sent to you
Results
Results will be published on www.chpc.co.uk
General Rules
Riders can qualify at 2 adjacent levels for the Area final Callers are allowed in all classes
An appropriate whip can be carried
The top 4 eligible riders in classes 4, 6 and 7 will qualify for the Area Competition, which for Area 9 members is on Sunday 20th March 2022 at Burrows Court, GL11 6AZ.
The National Dressage Spring Championships is on April 9th 2022 at Arena UK.
Qualifiers are open to members of any branch of The Pony Club and non-members. Non-members must become fully paid-up members to compete at their Area final.
The Pony Club values: Togetherness, Empathy, Respect, Learning and Passion and we’ll be running this competition to those values.

COVID 19 – This event will follow current Covid guidelines
Classes 3 and 5 to be run under British Dressage Rules. All other classes to run under The Pony Club Spring Festival 2022 Rules.

- The Pony Club Spring Dressage Series qualification classes are for classes 4, 6 and 7. You must be a Pony Club Member to enter the Qualifiers. If you are not a Pony Club member when you enter for this competition, you will have to join and be a Pony Club to compete at the qualifiers. Please see the pony club website for further information.
- The event venue stipulates all horses/ponies entering the event site must comply with the BEF Vaccination guidelines. Passports must accompany all horses/ponies and spot checks will be undertaken: Please note you must leave 7 days after any Flu vaccine before competing. (i.e. no vaccinations after 14th February 2022).
- For Pony Club classes, members please ensure that the riding hat is tagged in line with the Pony Club rules (aquamarine tags). We will be able to tag hats free of charge on the day.
- Pony Club tests (classes 2,4, 6 and 7) can be downloaded from the Pony Club website: https://pcuk.org/sports/dressage/dressage-tests/.
- BD tests (classes 3 and 5) can be purchased from the British Dressage website: Preliminary tests & plans | British Dressage.
- Dogs are only allowed if they are on short leads at all times.
- All classes are open to non-Pony Club members with adequate insurance cover.
- Please clear all droppings/hay/litter from CCR Equestrian. No mucking out of lorries/ trailers. Please do not tie your horse up to your lorry/trailer.
- Please park where instructed.
Withdrawals & Substitutions
Refund Policy: Full refund of entry fee less £5 admin for withdrawals before close of entries on 15th February 2022. No refunds after this date unless the event is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy If the event is cancelled by the organisers then a full refund will be given.

This event is being organised by . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
