No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given. Anyone who can not make the new date please cancel your entry up until the 3rd Sept for a full refund.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

CHILTERN RIDES 2024 It is a condition of entry that the non-refundable entry fee is paid before starting the event. Riders take part at their own risk. No liability shall fall on the organisers, landowners or officials in respect of any loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused, and all those entering are deemed to be liable to indemnify the said persons in respect of any such loss, damage or injury. If you are booking for other people as well as yourself you must ensure that all those riders have read, understood and agree with these Terms & Conditions. Health, Safety and Welfare: The Organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards and this includes instructions as to parking. All Ride leaders carry mobile phones with the route on OS Maps app, and in case of need we use What 3 Words to indicate the whereabouts of riders. Medical cover if required will then be summonsed as appropriate. Children riding unaccompanied must be over 14 or over, and horses/ponies aged 5 and over, to take part. Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please pass back to other riders any instruction given to you by your Ride leader, eg keep in single file.
Dress – As a mark of respect to the landowners over whose ground you will be riding please be clean and tidy. Riding hats standard PAS 015:2011 with BSI Kite mark or equivalent are recommended and body protectors are advised.
Horse Turnout – Plaiting is not necessary, just be clean and tidy as per RC/PC rally. • If your horse is not used to having others around him, ie young, then please put a green ribbon on his tail. • If you know your horse kicks please put a red ribbon on his tail. It is YOUR responsibility to keep your horse’s hind legs away from your fellow riders, and to verbally warn others. • If the horse in front of you wears a green or red ribbon in it’s tail please give it space and be considerate.
