XC Courses are flagged 90 and 100 available only. STRICTLY DO NOT JUMP ANYTHING THAT’S NOT FLAGGED
Approximately 30 fences
Each horse must be insured for third party claims and public liability.
The gate onto the road must be kept shut at all times.
No rider under 12.
2 hour slots – but allow time for arrival and departure
Max 8 horses per 2 hour slot, no more than 6 per group including trainers/ parents/ grooms/ riders.
Strictly no extra spectators. please adhere to current covid restrictions.

Terms and Conditions
• No first aid cover so no sole riders, nearest MIU is Cirencester hospital, obviously back protectors and hats to be worn at all times whilst mounted

• Be aware of some traffic restrictions on the A429 due to tree felling – there is ACCESS to the farm – AMPNEY DOWN FARM. the postcode is GL75EU . HOWEVER PARKING FOR XC COURSE IS AT THE EVENT ENTRANCE. DO NOT ACCESS VIA THE FARM YARD use B roads if necessary, THE DIVERSION SIGNS MAY TAKE YOU TOO FURTHER NORTH. ( PLEASE LOOK AT A MAP!!) DO NOT GO VIA CALMSDEN
• cost per horse is £25
• The show jumping area has recently been re seeded – so please avoid riding over that area,
• There will be a course map by the gate and by fence 1.
• Please report any damages immediately

This event is being organised by . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Venue Information
The X.C. Course covers an area of 55 acres with a number of obstacles. The course ranges from BE80 standard to Novice. The water complex and main schooling area are in flat fields – but we do have sloping fields into the valley running through the farm which are great for getting horses fit.
We are available for pony club rallies and group bookings, and can provide qualified instructors if required.
