Broadway Championship ODE – Horse Events Unaffiliated, SEG & BCPS (2019 championship rescheduled) – EVENT POSTPONED
BROADWAY 21ST AND 22ND MARCH
I hope for your understanding in our decision
With the uncertainty of what is happening with the government advice and COVID -19 & and the rainfall we experienced on Thursday.
Horse Events as a small company has decided that we need to postpone the event at Broadway on the 21st & 22nd March. We are not insured for Consequences of COVID- 19 and cannot afford to loose the amount it costs to put on these events on.
Being an event with over 500 people in attendance each day we cannot honestly say, that in a week we will be able to run, given the varying, evolving government advice each day and the current FEI advice as well.
There is the possible government imminent decision to ban mass events.
- We will postpone to the 6th and 7th June 2020
- This will Not run as a championship but as a qualifier for the 2020 championships.
- ALL Entries will be refunded in full.
Entries are OPEN now for the NEW June event, a NEW 70cm class has been added:
Unaffiliated https://www.horse-events.co.uk/horse-events/broadway-unaffiliated-ode-june-2020-2/
Advice regarding ALL other Horse Events organised competitions, we are currently going ahead as normal and will hopefully have more advice from the government this week for us to make any further decisions. As you can appreciate we really hope to keep the events on as planned.
I would personally like to thank you for supporting Horse Events I really appreciate it and love seeing you all out enjoying yourselves.
