The following classes are available for the BICESTER & WARDEN HILL BRANCH OF THE PONY CLUB Show Jumping & Dressage SPRING FESTIVAL AREA 12 FINALS
Entries & Entry Fees

Classes 1, 2, 3 and 6 in Show Jumping and Class D1 in Dressage £19 (£16 for B&WH PC members). All other classes £21 (£18 for B&WH PC members).
All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis
Additional £5 paramedic charge on all riders – ( please pay one paramedic fee per rider when you enter)
Entries Close: Monday 28th March 2022 or earlier if full
No entries on the day

Class Information
All qualifiers from this show MUST enter for the Spring Festival Championships on the evening of this show
SHOW JUMPING
All classes (except class 6) will additionally run as team competitions
Classes 4a, 5a and 7 are qualifiers for for The Pony Club Spring Festival Championship at Arena UK on 8th to 10th April (individuals only)
Classes 1, 2, 3, and 6 will be run as single phase
DRESSAGE
Classes D2a, D3a and D4a are qualifiers for The Pony Club Spring Festival Championship at Arena UK 8th to 10th April

Dressage bridle numbers may be used but two numbers are compulsory
Show Jumping Teams
Show Jumping Team entry is free but all riders must be entered online before the closing date.

Times
All classes will be drawn order. Times and numbers for printing will be available Thursday 31st March on ponyclubresults.co.uk
Withdrawals & Refunds
Full refunds will be given up until closing date (less booking fees paid). After the closing date refunds will only be made if replaced from the wait list
Entries close: Monday 28th March 2022 or earlier if full
In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be given excluding any administration charges made by the booking agent

Rules
- The competition will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping 2022 Rule Book and the Dressage 2022 Rule Book and the Spring Festival 2021/2022 Rule Book: https://pcuk.org/members/ridden-competitions/barrier-animal-health-spring-festival/
Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
- For dressage, competitors may ride up to two horses in any one class. Subject to eligibility, riders may qualify for both Novice and Intermediate or Intermediate and Open but cannot ride the same horse at both levels.
- The decision of the judge is final. Objections must be made to the secretary in writing within 15 minutes of the incident.
- All hats must comply with current Pony Club rules and be tagged before competing. Hats should be tagged by the member’s own branch before the event.
- A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the horse/pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by event officials. All competing horses must have had a flu vaccination which complies with current PC rules and random checks will be made. Please note that the Pony Club has updated its rule for 2022 – please read carefully and ensure that you comply:

This event is being organised by Bicester & Warden Hill Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.

Located at Washbrook Farm between Banbury and Daventry, and close to both the M40 and M1 motorways, Aston le Walls is easily accessible from all parts of the UK. Set within 300 acres of grassland and designed exclusively for the sport of Equestrianism it boasts some of the best competition and training facilities in the UK including:

75m x 105m KBIS all weather XC arena including ramps, steps, banks, drops, ditches and water complex.

80m x 100m all weather, all purpose arena.

30m x 55m lit indoor arena with waxed surface.

20m x 60m all weather dressage arena with mirrors.

45m x 65m fully enclosed all weather, all purpose arena.

30 acre grass XC course with 3 water complexes, ditches, steps and mounds.

Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
