Belvoir Hunt Pony Club Senior One Day Event
PC Open, PC100, PC90, PC80
Open to non-Pony Club Members,
Incorporating: The Likit Pony Club Open Eventing League, a qualifying run towards The Pony Club Open Eventing Championships 2017.

Donation to Air Ambulance.
Run over BE standard courses built up to height by Guy Herbert, on old parkland, which will be treated if needed and provides excellent going.
Event Classes
The following classes are available for the Belvoir Hunt Pony Club One Day Event
Show Jumps: Height max: 1.15m, speed 325mpm
Cross Country: Height max 1.10m, speed 520mpm
Show Jumps: Hight max 1.05m, speed 325mpm
Cross Country: Height max 1m, speed 475mpm
Show jumping: Height max 95cm, 325mpm
Cross Country: Height max 90cm, 450mpm
Show jumping: Height max 85cm, 300mpm
Cross Country: Height max 80cm, 435mpm

Entries close Friday 7th July unless full before this date, this event usually oversubscribed, late entries if space +£10.
Entry Fees For All Classes: £65 non-Pony Club members
£55 Pony Club members
Includes a non-refundable booking fee of £1.25 per class, no separate start or paramedic fee.
In the very unlikely event of abandonment, £5 per entry will be retained to contribute to fixed costs, with the balance refunded.
If sufficient entries, classes will be split into Pony Club & Non-Pony Club sections.
Times and Course Walking
Times
Will be posted on www.pcuk.org/belvoir and www.horse-events.co.uk on Wednesday 19th July , Also displayed on course from Thursday 2pm.
Course Walking
Course open for inspection Thurs 20th July 2pm onwards.
Dressage Tests
Sheets will NOT be available until after the class is finished and the completed scores have been on the scoreboard for at least 15 minutes. Tests can be posted for SAE and £1, left with secretary. We have a team of BE scorers and are anticipating getting scores out in good time in 2017.
Withdrawals / Changes to entries

Prizes & Rosettes
Each Section: Prizes in kind to 3rd place.
Rosettes to 10th place.
Additional Likit Rosettes to 6th place for PC members in Open.
Rosette to Best Belvoir Member.
Rosette to Best Dressage score completion.
Special Wobbleberry rosettes from the organiser in PC80.
The Forever Faye Cup will be awarded to the best performance from a Belvoir member over the weekend in memory of former Belvoir member Faye Cree.
Prize Giving
Prizewinners should be correctly dressed in riding clothes and it is discourteous for prizewinners not to attend the prize giving. If you genuinely cannot wait please arrange for someone else to collect your rosette or make arrangements with the Secretary. Failure to do this will result in forfeiture of prize.
Bibs
BE style number bibs will be needed, £10 deposit, or purchase for £10 on the day.
Eligibility
As per Pony Club Eventing rules, ie please compete at combination’s relevant level, not below. PC80 combinations not to have completed a BE90 / PC90.
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by Belvoir Hunt Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
Venue Information
BUCKMINSTER PARK, BUCKMINSTER, GRANTHAM, LINCS. NG33 5SD
(access off Sproxton Rd)
XC Course – run in the beautiful undulating setting of Buckminster Park, this will be up to height and a more technical course than the BE Buckminster track for the Open and Intermediate and a bespoke course for the Novice, all with additional fences from previous years, designed and built by Philip and Guy Herbert.
Venue Location
Entry is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions:
This event will be run under the Pony Club Eventing Rules 2017, which can be viewed or downloaded, complete with dressage tests from Pony Club Eventing Rules 2017.
All hats must be tagged to comply with the Pony Club Hat Rule 2016, with a White PC tag or a Red BE tag. Please bring your hat with you when collecting your number if you need it tagging.
Long sleeves and Body Protectors BETA Level 3 2009, must be worn for the cross country phase. Medical Arm-bands recommended (on sale at secretary’s tent)
Competitors ELIMINATED for 3 refusals or INCURRING MORE THAN 24 JUMPING PENALTIES in the SJ phase WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO START THE CROSS COUNTRY as a safety measure.
Stopwatches and commanders are not allowed in any class.
The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel classes.
Horses/Ponies should not be left unattended outside at any time.
Any objection must be made in writing to the Secretary, on the day, with a deposit of £20.00, refundable if the objection is upheld.
Legal Liability Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event nor The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health, Safety and Welfare The organiser of this Event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
Insurance Non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club Insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Belvoir Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non- Members and their insurance will not cover you.
Shooting Estate – Dogs must be on leads at all times please.
