Enter online at www.horse-events.co.uk , all entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.

Entries close Mon 12th July unless full, event usually oversubscribed, late entries +£10.

No separate start fee or first aid fee, booking fee is non-refundable.

Changes to Entries:  

To edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event, log into your Horse Events account and edit or cancel your booking under the “My Booking” tab.

To change class, please email info@horse-events.co.uk  and if there is space, we will do this for you.  Changes at organiser’s discretion only once times published.

Class Running Order:  confirmed once entries closed but forecast: PC90, PC110, PC100, PC80.

Will be posted on www.ponyclubresults.co.uk on Weds 20th July by 7pm.

BE style number bibs will be needed with a printed number which you must print out at home at 100% scale please from the link at www.ponyclubresults.co.uk

Course open for inspection Friday 22nd  July 2pm – 7:30pm, when gates will be locked, or can be walked with care on the day of competition.

Each Section: Prizes to 3rd place in kind and rosettes 1st – 10th, Best Dressage and Best Belvoir – presentation for Area 6 Qualifier, collection from marquee for other sections.

 

The Forever Faye Trophy will be awarded to the best performance from a Belvoir member in memory of former Belvoir member Faye Cree.

In the event of abandonment, 75% of the entry fee will be refunded.

Vaccinations & Insurance

Insurance Non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club Insurance and must have their own third party cover.  The Belvoir Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.

 

Vaccinations: Horses should travel with up-to-date vaccination records in their passports, as per Pony Club Eventing Rules, which may be spot – checked.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

Entry is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions:

 

This event will be run under the Pony Club Eventing Rules 2022, which can be viewed or downloaded, complete with dressage tests from https://pcuk.org/officials/rulebooks/ , plus COVID -19 guidelines in force.

Anyone experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms, or in contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID infection must not attend. Guidelines may change and the latest version will be published on www.ponyclubevents.co.uk

 

All hats must be tagged to comply with the Pony Club Hat Rule 2022, with an Aqua PC / BE / BRC hat tag. HAT tagging will be available at the information point. Saddlery and dress rules as per Pony Club Eventing Rule book 2022.

 

Body Protectors BETA Level 3 2009 or 2018 must be worn for the cross-country phase, and as a minimum shoulders must be covered when competing. Air jackets if worn for xc, must be over body protector.

 

Competitors ELIMINATED for 3 refusals or INCURRING MORE THAN 24 JUMPING PENALTIES in the SJ phase WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO START THE CROSS COUNTRY as a safety measure.

 

Stopwatches are allowed in any class, deliberate slowing to the finish will be penalised.

Dressage commanders and body worn cameras or receivers are not allowed, organisers reserve the right to alter classes. Horses should not be left unattended / tied up outside at any time.

This event is being organised by Belvoir Hunt Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.

As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.

We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. XC Course – run in the beautiful undulating setting of Buckminster Park, this will be up to height and a more technical course than the BE Buckminster track for the Open and Intermediate and a bespoke course for the Novice, all with additional fences from previous years, designed and built by Philip and Guy Herbert.

Are you Eligible for the Horse Events Unaffiliated Eventing Amateur Championships 2022 at this Height required

Horse Events Unaffiliated Eventing Championship, this championship is aimed for the amateur rider who do not class themselves as a professional rider of course this is hard quantify the following criteria have been put in place to encourage a fair competition for all involved. Obviously this is self policed as we cannot track past results from other unaffiliated events. Honesty is paramount PLEASE BE FAIR TO ALL RIDERS INVOLVED IN THIS COMPETITION

How to qualify

Be placed in the top 5 at an ODE hosting a Horse Events Qualifier (HEQ) and be eligible under the following criteria:

For the 80cm & 90cm No rider to have competed above BE Novice or equivalent in the last three years.

For 100cm No rider to have competed above BE Intermediate or equivalent in the last three years.

Is your horse 4, 5 or 6 and in its first or second season eventing. required

If you have chosen yes and you finish in the top 10 you have qualified for the Open Young Horse Unaffiliated Eventing Championships at Calmsden on the 1st & 2nd October 2022.
