Aston-le-Walls Unaffiliated Training Day – Dressage Show Jumping and Cross Country
Cross country courses are designed by Nigel Taylor and build by Andrew Hunter.
All rounds will be monitored by Cross Country Steward.
Classes:
80cm with Optional 90cm XC
90cm with Optional 80cm & 100cm XC
100cm with Optional 90cm & Novice XC

Entries & Entry Fees

Entries to be made online at www.horse-events.co.uk
Entry Fee: £87 inc vat + non refundable booking fee of £2
All entries will be taken on a first come first served basis and will close when full or on 26 February.
If you wish to change a class while entries are open please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available the change will be made for you.
If you wish to edit the horse or rider details before entries close, please log in to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under ‘MY BOOKING’ tab and also please see Special Notes below.

Times
TIMES
Dressage times will be available from 6pm on Friday 4 March on www.eventingscores.co.uk
Only Dressage and SJ times will be given. You should then go as quickly as you can on to the Cross Country.
Please print your number 3 times, 2 to wear in your number bib and 1 to display in your vehicle on arrival.

On site stabling can be booked online at www.astonlewalls.net.
ENTRY CONDITIONS:
RULES
Any COVID-19 Government Guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
No plaiting is required. Please wear tidy riding clothes; show attire is optional.
Hats to current PAS-015 standard should be worn at all times when mounted.
Body Protectors must be worn for the cross country phase
All dogs must be kept on leads at all times
SPECIAL NOTES: Withdrawals & Substitutions
Withdrawals and refunds
Refunds will be given minus a £10 admin fee for any reason before 26 February.
Withdrawals after 26 February are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled for any reason, all entries will be refunded minus a £10 cancellation fee.
Please note booking fees are not refundable.
Substitutions
Changes to Horses and riders before 26 February can be made online by logging into your Horse Events Account and editing your booking for no charge.
Changes can be made to a horse or a rider but not both as this is a new entry.

Grid reference SP495505. Aston le Walls is situated between Banbury and Daventry. From A361 follow signs to Aston le Walls, over a narrow bridge and Washbrook farm is on the left.

This event is being organised by Aston Le Walls . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Located at Washbrook Farm between Banbury and Daventry, and close to both the M40 and M1 motorways, Aston le Walls is easily accessible from all parts of the UK. Set within 300 acres of grassland and designed exclusively for the sport of Equestrianism it boasts some of the best competition and training facilities in the UK including:

75m x 105m KBIS all weather XC arena including ramps, steps, banks, drops, ditches and water complex.

80m x 100m all weather, all purpose arena.

30m x 55m lit indoor arena with waxed surface.

20m x 60m all weather dressage arena with mirrors.

45m x 65m fully enclosed all weather, all purpose arena.

30 acre grass XC course with 3 water complexes, ditches, steps and mounds.

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards.

Except for the negligence of the Organisers and their agents or others for whom in law they are responsible, the Organisers do not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator, sponsor, and others present at the site of the Event and their property, vehicles and accoutrements.
RESERVATION OF RIGHT
The Organisers reserve the right to:
Cancel any class or section or divide any class
Alter the advertised times
Refuse any entry
