DRESSAGE
Dressage tests are the British Eventing tests which are available from www.britisheventing.co.uk/downloads.
SHOWJUMPING
Depending on the timetable, it is intended that Show Jumping and Dressage will be on the all-weather arenas.
CROSS COUNTRY
Pre-Intro 80cm
Intro- 90cm max
Pre-Novice- 100cm maX
Novice – 1.10m max.
As always, Aston le Walls will do everything possible to ensure good going.

Entries
ENTRIES
Please read SPECIAL NOTES for cancellation policy BEFORE entering.
No refund of entries after 26 March.
Entries to be made online at www.horse-events.co.uk
All entries will be taken on a first come first served basis and will close when full or 26 March.
If you wish to change a class while entries are open please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available the change will be made for you.
If you wish to edit the horse or rider details before entries close, please log in to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under ‘MY BOOKING’ tab.

Any alterations after 26 March will be charged at £12 per change.
Withdrawals and refunds
Withdrawals and refunds
Refunds will be given minus a £10 admin fee for any reason before the closing date.
Refunds will ONLY be given after the closing date if your place if preplaced from our waitlist a £10 admin fee is retained.
Refunds after the closing date that are NOT replaced from the wait list are non refundable for any reason.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled for any reason, all entries will be refunded minus a £15 cancellation fee.
PLEASE NOTE THE BOOKING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT INCLUDED IN OUR ADMIN FEES.
Times & Course Walk
TIMES
Times will be available from 6pm on Thursday 1st April on www.eventingscores.co.uk
Please print your number 3 times, 2 to wear in your number bib and 1 to display in your vehicle on arrival.
COURSE WALK
The Cross Country Courses will be available for walking from 2pm on Friday 2nd April 2021.
Prizes & Rosettes
Rosettes to 10th place on receipt of SAE sent to Washbrook Farm.
Rules
RULES
COVID-19 Government Guidelines must be adhered to at all times. ARRIVE-COMPETE-LEAVE
Horses/Ponies must be 4years of age or older
Riders must be 10 years of age for PN. There is no age limit for Intro
British Eventing Points do not apply to unaffiliated events at Washbrook Farm.
Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted to specifications detailed in British Eventing rules.
Body Protectors must be worn for the cross country phase
Any horse or pony, which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy by a Judge or the Organisers will be excluded from further competition without refund of entry fee.
ATV’s and motor bikes are not permitted.
The competition will be mainly run in conjunction with British Eventing rules
All dogs must be kept on leads at all times
Maximum of 2 people to accompany each competitor.
SPECIAL NOTES
In case of abandonment please call 07854 335542. In the event of abandonment, entries will be transferred to the next unaffiliated event.
Objections must be made in writing within half an hour of the incident together with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.

The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Except for the negligence of the Organisers and their agents or others for whom in law they are responsible, the Organisers do not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator, sponsor, and others present at the site of the Event and their property, vehicles and accoutrements.
RESERVATION OF RIGHT
The Organisers reserve the right to:
- Cancel any class or section or divide any class
- Transfer competitors between sections of a class
- Alter the advertised times
- Refuse any entry

Grid reference SP495505. Aston le Walls is situated between Banbury and Daventry. From A361 follow signs to Aston le Walls, over a narrow bridge and Washbrook farm is on the left.

This event is being organised by . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
Located at Washbrook Farm between Banbury and Daventry, and close to both the M40 and M1 motorways, Aston le Walls is easily accessible from all parts of the UK. Set within 300 acres of grassland and designed exclusively for the sport of Equestrianism it boasts some of the best competition and training facilities in the UK including:

75m x 105m KBIS all weather XC arena including ramps, steps, banks, drops, ditches and water complex.

80m x 100m all weather, all purpose arena.

30m x 55m lit indoor arena with waxed surface.

20m x 60m all weather dressage arena with mirrors.

45m x 65m fully enclosed all weather, all purpose arena.

30 acre grass XC course with 3 water complexes, ditches, steps and mounds.
