ASTON LE WALLS ARENA EVENTER CHALLENGE SERIES
CLASSES :- 65cm – 80cm – 90cm – 100cm – 110cm
COMPETITION
In full cross-country gear take to the arena to jump a continual round of show jumps then straight onto real cross-country fences including water, banks, drops and ditches (relevant to the competition level), the final fence will be back to a show jump ‘Joker’ fence to finish.
The optimum time will be judged on the XC phase only, closest to the optimum time.

Entries & Entry Fees
ENTRIES
Entries online at www.horse-events.co.uk
All entries will be taken on a first come first served basis and will close the Tuesday before the event of when full.
The competition will start no later than 9am, with 20 minutes course walk between classes.
Entries in advance, no entries on the day, no email or phone entries will be accepted.
Entry Fee : £45.00 per class entry. This includes your Medical Cover and Start Fee.
All entries are subject to a non refundable booking fee of £1.75
Entries Close: The Tuesday before the event at midnight.
Refunds & Changes / Editing your Booking
There will be no refunds of entries withdrawing after the closing date.
No alterations after closing date.
If you would like to change the class please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available they will do this for you.
If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘MY BOOKING’ tab.

Times will be available the Wednesday before the event from 6pm.

This event is being organised by Aston Le Walls . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
Located at Washbrook Farm between Banbury and Daventry, and close to both the M40 and M1 motorways, Aston le Walls is easily accessible from all parts of the UK. Set within 300 acres of grassland and designed exclusively for the sport of Equestrianism it boasts some of the best competition and training facilities in the UK including:

75m x 105m KBIS all weather XC arena including ramps, steps, banks, drops, ditches and water complex.

80m x 100m all weather, all purpose arena.

30m x 55m lit indoor arena with waxed surface.

20m x 60m all weather dressage arena with mirrors.

45m x 65m fully enclosed all weather, all purpose arena.
-
30 acre grass XC course with 3 water complexes, ditches, steps and mounds.
General Rules
RULES
- Horses and Ponies must be 4 years of age or older.
- Each Horse/Pony may only compete once in a class and can only be ridded by one rider.
- British Eventing points so not apply to this competition.
- Hard hats fastened at the chin must be worn at all times when mounted to specifications details in British Eventing Rules.
- Body Proctors to the current standard must be worn.
- Stop Watches are NOT permitted.
- Any horse or pony, which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy by a Judge or the Organisers will be excluded from further competition without refund of entry fee
- The Judge’s decision is final.
- Maximum of 2 people to accompany each competitor.
- You will be allocated a number, please print or draw 3 copies, 2 to wear in your number bib and 1 to display in your vehicle on arrival, to be checked in on site.
- All dogs to be kept on a lead at all times
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Except for the negligence of the Organisers and their agents or other for whom in law they are responsible, the Organisers do not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator, sponsor and others present the site of the Event and their property, vehicles and accoutrements.
SPECIAL NOTES
In the very unlikely event of abandonment, entries will be transferred to the Next Eventer Challenge date.
Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the incident together with a £50.00 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.
RESERVATIONS OF RIGHT
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel and class or section or divide any class, to transfer competitors between sections of a class, alter the advertised times and refuse any entry.
