Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 15/12/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Unless at the discretion of the organisers.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £15 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Classes: Open to Jorrocks, JOPPS, Handley Cross, Surtees and Loriner/Langford sections Teams of 3 – £126 per team All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee Entries are open and will close on 15/12/24 Times will be published on 17/12/24 Approx. 10.00am start tbc
Entry Conditions
All competitors must be fully paid up members of The Pony Club. Payment & all entries to be made online ONLY please to: www.horse-events.co.uk To be run in accordance with pony club/HPA rules Late entries may be accepted at the organisers discretion and may be subject to a late entry surcharge of £5 . Entries may have to be limited and will be taken on a ‘first come’ basis Equally the organisers reserve the right to amalgamate/alter classes if there are insufficient entries
Prizes & Prize Giving
Will be awarded in kind at the end of the day’s play. All players will be expected to attend prizegiving smartly dressed in their team shirts and riding boots.

Pony Hire available: Please email info@tedworthparkpolo.com. We have a list of pony hirers if all the Tedworth ponies are booked – pls contact organiser
