FAQ

Each event has a separate box stating when and where times will be available. For events that are having their times published on the horse events website click on the grey button next door to the picture to download your times.

Some events publish their times on their own website so please visit their site to access your times

1. Before you book your first event you will need to register as a new user on the site. Click here to Register
2. Once you have registered and you are logged in find the event you wish to enter.
3. Events are displayed in date order, find your event and click on the Book Now.
4. Your event schedule and all the information about the event will be displayed. At the bottom of this page is the online booking form.
5. Follow the step by step booking form process and add your class or classes to the cart.
6. There is an option here to either go to the checkout now or enter another event.
7. When you have finished adding the events to your cart select checkout
8. Fill out your personal & card details and Pay Now
9. Depending who you bank with this will take you to a 3D Secure page where you enter your card password.
10. Following this you will receive confirmation of your entry and an email to confirm you booking will be sent to you.

YOU MUST BE LOGGED BEFORE YOU START ENTERING YOUR EVENTS

1. Visit the events page
2. Select type of event you wish to see
3. Event are displayed in date order, find your event and click on the Book Now or click on the event title to View online Schedule.
4. Your event schedule and all the information about the event will be displayed. At the bottom of this page is the online booking form.
5. Select the class you wish to enter.
6. Fill in the forms and select add booking
7. There is an option here to either go to the checkout now or enter another event or class
8. When you have finished adding the events to your cart select checkout
9. Fill out your personal & card details and pay Now
10. Depending who you bank with this will take you to a 3D Secure page where you enter your card password.
11. Following this you will receive confirmation of your entry and an email to confirm you booking will be sent to you.

Listing your event without online entries

we can list your events and include a downloadable schedule.

The charge for this service is £30 per event.
If you have a series of competitions you would like to be listed rather than a one off event please email for a quote.
